Details
A refundable damage deposit of $250 will be taken upon arrival, along with a $150 down deposit at checkout.
Cancellation
Cancellation of event: A letter of cancellation needs to be sent 60 days prior to the
n event date that is being cancelled. The $150.00 deposit will not be refunded. If a
n letter is not received the lessee will be charged for the whole rental amount of the
