Thank you for your interest in our Beer Steer experience — one of our most talked-about and unforgettable event offerings! Alpacas at Events is equally as amazing of a service.
Our Beer Steer is a trained micro mini cow that strolls through your event during happy hour, delighting guests as they grab drinks directly from beverage baskets on his sides. It’s interactive, photo-worthy, and instantly becomes a crowd favorite — perfect for weddings! (He does not have to carry drinks if you prefer he doesn’t, he will still be dressed up the same). Our Alpacas do the same thing, but do not carry beverages.
Beer Steer and/or Alpaca Experience Details:
Cocktail Hour Animal Experience (1 Hour Service) $699 – Beer Steer or Wedding Alpacas $999 – Both Experiences

Handlers: Two professional handlers included to manage the animals, assist guests, and ensure safety at all times
Travel: 20 miles from the farm is included in the pricing. After that it is just $5/mile in only 1 direction.
Beverages: Provided by the host and placed into the baskets for guests to enjoy with the Beer Steer.
Booking & Payment:
A 50% deposit is required at booking to reserve your date and time
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
We handle all animal care, transportation, setup, and guest interaction so you can relax and enjoy the experience. Our Beer Steer and Alpacas are calm, well-trained, and accustomed to crowds, making them a safe and entertaining addition to your event.

Venue approval is required prior to booking. We simply ask that you confirm your venue is aware and comfortable with the Animal experience.
For cleanliness, the cow wears a discreet waste-collection bag that is highly effective for droppings. The alpacas are trained not to use the bathroom during the event, but they are animals and if any waste occurs, our handlers will very quickly take care of it. As with any live animal, occasional urination may occur; this is typically unnoticeable on grass or permeable surfaces but may be visible on hard surfaces.
