Included in all Packages: - 3 hours which includes set up & take down - Unlimited PRIVATE access to the entire farm - 10 buckets of animal feed - Picnic Table Seating - 2 Tables with black tablecloths - Access to a Luxury Double Rest Room Trailer ($850 value) - Access to the Playground - Access to 1/2 Basketball Court - Access to the Fairy Garden - TONS of great photo Opportunities - For nice weather, you will get the pavilion (seats 100), if cold weather, you will be in side the heated barn (seats 45) - Farm is closed to the public, so your party will have private & exclusive access to the entire farm. - Unlimited amount of people, however parking is limited to about 45 cars. - Cost: $499 - Additional time: $75 per 30 minutes

Cancellation

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
nThe remaining balance is non-refundable and due 14 days prior to your event
nOne date change is permitted with at least 90 days’ notice, subject to availability
nEvents take place rain or shine, including hot and cold conditions
