Cancellation
Black Pearl Charters Refund Policy
nReservations for charters and overnight stays will be fully refunded if cancelled 30 days before your scheduled charter/stay. Clients may cancel online, via email or phone to Black Pearl Charters. For cancellations of 29 days of less, 50% of your charter will be refunded or can be applied to a gift card. Charters paying with a gift certificate can reschedule the charter to a later date.
nIn the event Black Pearl Charters cancels for any reason, the registrant may choose to receive a full refund of the amount paid or reschedule your charter. Final Sailing conditions are determined by the Captain. Charters paying with a gift certificate can reschedule the charter to a later date.
