All Aboard the Veterans Day Express

This Veteran’s Day, to honor the brave men and women who have served our nation, ALL Veterans are extended a special invitation to ride for only $5. Ticket proceeds from this event will be dedicated to supporting combat veterans through The Rescue 22 Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to making a difference in the lives of our heroes.

About the Excursion

Embark on a journey back in time aboard our faithfully restored 1930s passenger train. Departing from the South Woodstown Station, passengers will enjoy a scenic 14-mile round trip through the picturesque countryside of southern New Jersey. This approximately 50-minute trip will take you across peaceful Memorial Lake, through historic Woodstown, and over the Oldmans Creek Trestle as our Trainmen share what it was like to travel by rail in New Jersey nearly a century ago.

>### Deluxe Table Car - "Mineral Spring" The Mineral Spring is a former 1927 Pennsylvania Railroad car used on famous trains such as the Broadway Limited. This car is our deluxe seating option. It can seat up to 50 guests at tables and retains two swivel style lounge chairs similar to the ones used in the car 97 years ago. This car features a modest size galley and refrigerator/freezer which is perfect for large groups or parties.
