What to Bring

  • The Vineyard Tour is outdoors. Please wear weather-appropriate attire. Sunglasses, hats, bug spray, and sunscreen are recommended.
  • Please bring a photo ID. All must be 21+ to enjoy our wine. If you arrive early, we encourage you to order a glass of wine or sangria from the bar to bring with you on the Vineyard Tour (soft drinks also available).

What NOT to bring

  • Outside food and beverage is prohibited. Please leave any water bottles/tumblers/thermoses in your vehicle.

Child Policy

  • Vineyard Tours are conducted on golf carts, subject to the New Jersey Child Passenger Restraint Law. Our golf carts are NOT equipped with child restraint seats.
  • Accordingly, children must be at least 8 years old or a height of 57 inches in order to participate.
  • All passengers must be in a seat, including children. Sitting on other passengers' laps is prohibited.

Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

Refundable Period: Tickets for the outdoor vineyard tour are fully refundable if canceled more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled tour time. We want to provide ample time for us to accommodate other guests who may be interested in attending.

Non-Refundable Tickets: If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the scheduled tour time or if guests fail to show up for the tour without prior cancellation, the tickets become non-refundable. This policy enables us to plan and allocate resources accordingly.

Transferability: We do allow ticket transfers in case you are unable to attend the tour yourself. You can transfer your tickets to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time. Please provide us with the name and contact information of the individual who will be attending in your place.

Inclement Weather Provisions: As an outdoor tour, our vineyard experience is subject to weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather that could affect the safety or quality of the tour, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. If we cancel the tour due to inclement weather, guests will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later date. We will make every effort to notify guests in advance, whenever possible.

How to Cancel: If you need to cancel, please go to your confirmation email and click on "Cancel Booking". You also may cancel by notifying us via email at info@willowcreekwinerycapemay.com or via telephone at 609-770-8782.

Late Arrival: If you are running late, we are unable to delay the tour start time for longer than 10 minutes. After that time, you will be considered a "no-show," and the tickets become non-refundable. Please ensure enough time for parking and travel when making your reservation.
