Non-refundable up to 48 hours before the trip. Can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the trip: Once purchased, tickets can only be refunded (minus processing fees) if customer contacts and makes STARFISH BOATS aware of cancellation at least 48 hours before the trip's sail date via phone call. You can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the trip's sail date.

Your fishing trip may get cancelled due to severe weather: Our 8 hour fishing trips will run in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but STARFISH BOATS may cancel the trip up to one hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If STARFISH BOATS cancels the event, you will be contacted via phone call, and all ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability), receive a credit for a future event, or a refund (minus processing fees).
