About This Tour!

Learn about Medford history, including the connection to the Revolutionary War, interesting inventions, and the life of a regional doctor that practiced and lived in town.

Enjoy the tasty side of Medford! We will stop at Braddock’s Tavern, serving food since 1823, and enjoy comfort food. Devour a fried chicken sandwich at Gouldsburger. Then off to Whole Hog Café for just good ole smoked barbecue. Yes, we take several food breaks and do a little retail shopping. Finish up with delicious ice cream at Peewee Ice Cream.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

Tours are non-refundable. Tours will take place rain or shine. Should there be inclement weather (e.g., thunderstorm, heavy snow, hurricane) then a tour may be cancelled. You will be notified in advance of the cancellation and will be given the opportunity to reschedule for another date or receive a refund.
