Yoga Hiking: Delaware Water Gap NRA, NJ

Our Yoga Hikes run from 2 hours to 3 hours, depending upon group size and terrain/trail conditions. The group stops periodically for trailside yoga sessions with the instructors. These hikes take place in several different locations throughout the United States. We meet our hikers in a specified location in the park the morning of the scheduled hike. Ages 12+. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Rates $35 per person (price depends on current promotions and time of year)
