About
Striped bass reside in the back bays and salt marshes of Southern New Jersey year round. These fish can be caught on the flats and shallow waters behind Sea Isle on surface lures and popping plugs. We fish out of a flats boat and pole the shallow flats to catch these fish. This fishing is very tide and time specific. This fishing is only offered when high tide occurs close to sunset. This occurs for approximately three days every two weeks around the new and full moons. Fly fishing is also a great option for these fish.
What's included
I supply all the bait and equipment. You do not need to bring any fishing equipment unless you chose to do so. If it is not the right tool for the job, I'll have the right thing. Feel free to bring food and drinks, but please NO ALCOHOL. And yes, beer is alcohol. Boat coolers are provided. Small coolers are fine, but please no large coolers. Sunscreen is strongly recommended even on cloudy days.
