About

This spring, our classes move outdoors, transforming the spacious patio into a vibrant open-air kitchen while harvesting directly from our organic garden. It’s the perfect setting for students to refine their culinary techniques and strengthen their social skills alongside peers who share similar values and interests.

Throughout this 10-week advanced experience, our Master Chefs collaborate in teams to prepare a diverse range of HealthBarn USA recipes from garden to table. Students are challenged to elevate each dish with their own healthy culinary twists — crafting creative icings, marinades, dressings, sauces, and flavor profiles that showcase both skill and imagination.

Teams are evaluated on recipe integrity, creativity, taste, presentation, sustainability (no waste), and teamwork — fostering leadership, accountability, and real-world kitchen confidence.

Enrollment is intentionally limited to 10 students to ensure a focused, high-level culinary experience.
