About
This nurturing, hands-on experience gently introduces young children to a wide variety of natural foods while building a strong foundation for lifelong wellness. Through exploration, tasting, and playful discovery, our youngest learners develop healthy habits that support strong bodies and healthy minds. EXTENDED CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE.
What's included
This upcoming spring season we will be moving our classes outdoor utilizing the spacious patio as our kitchen and spending serious planting time in the organic garden.
The 10-week program is offered weekday mornings and afternoons. Each season brings a new adventure into the discovery of growing, cooking and eating natural foods from nature. Parents receive our weekly deliciously healthy recipes to support family activities at home.
1.5 hour classes offer extended garden time, and additional activities including yoga, arts & crafts and exercise fun, too!
Our youngest expert taste testers, ages 3-5 have the opportunity to experience first-hand where their food comes during their special time in our organic garden and why these foods are important for their bodies. The class is appropriate for kids who love their vegetables to the pickiest of eaters — our proven approach is effective in enhancing or changing habits for the child’s long-term health.

A deposit is taken to secure Seasonal Classes, Holiday Camps and Summer Seedlings. The remaining balance will be processed within 3 business days.

A deposit is taken to secure Summer Camp. The remaining balance will be processed in May 2025.

A deposit is taken to secure In-Person Birthday Parties. The remaining balance will be processed on the day of event.

A full payment is taken for Adult Programs and Virtual Cooking Classes.
All sales are FINAL and NO REFUNDS will be given for weather delays or other reasons. Instead, a credit (in the form of a gift card) will be issued that can be used towards any HealthBarn program (Birthdays not included) with 24-hour cancellation notice prior to the start of the event.
