GP’s Restaurant has been a part of Hudson County’s story since 1934. Family-owned and operated for over 90 years, GP’s blends timeless Italian-American hospitality with a love for great food, community, and celebration. From our roots in Guttenberg, NJ, we’re proud to bring the GP’s experience to the water with Freedom Luxury Boat Dinners — a unique way to dine aboard while taking in breathtaking views of the NYC skyline and Hudson River. Our menus celebrate the delicious flavors and crowd favorites that have made GP’s a local staple for generations. Depending on the event, guests may enjoy beautifully arranged antipasti, passed plates like scallops wrapped in bacon or lamb lollipops, and sit-down entrées such as cavatelli with broccoli, eggplant rollatini, and our signature baked lasagna.
