WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE?

The clock starts at the time you booked and unfortunately any wasted time will be deducted from your booking. Please arrive 15 – 20 minutes early to make sure you are there before your clock starts. You will not be able to add tike nor reschedule. & THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

WHAT HAPPENS IF PLANS CHANGE AND WE CAN’T COME?

There are no refunds, however, we will accommodate your reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking. No-shows will be charged the full price with no refunds. Please reply to your email confirmation as soon as possible if you can’t attend. That goes right to customer service and they will assist you in any way possible.
