The World Cup comes to NJ in June 2026... Specifically to Morristown, the home base of the Brazilian national team for the duration of the 6-week tournament!

Indulge in the flavors of Brazil and other cuisines of the World Cup on this special, limited time food tour of Morristown, NJ. ​ This 3-hour walking tour is perfect for locals as well as world cup fans visiting Jersey for the biggest event in sports. We will sample from 4 outstanding eateries, all located in the backyard of the Brazilian team.

Bring your camera and be candid ready in case we run into one of the best soccer players in the world. We will cover about 1.5 miles of territory and visit several sensational Jersey eateries, including:

  • an unassuming tacqueria that recently won best in the state
  • award-winning pizza from a master of the trade
  • Portuguese pastries in honor of the Brazilian national team
  • Iberian beverage pairings
  • an inside look at the stomping grounds of the Brazilian national team in the middle of their historic 2026 run for the world title

Highlights

The Brazilian national team will be based in the Red Bulls new training facility on the doorstep of Morristown throughout the 6-week tournament from May - June 2026, and we are honoring their historic run for the title by indulging in the multinational cuisines of this, the BIGGEST sports event in history!

The award-winning restaurants on this food tour regularly rank among the top in the state, according to NJ.com.

We will visit the lush and luxurious gardens of historic MacCulloch Hall, a tranquil, natural oasis only a few minutes from the Morristown Green. The garden was revitalized by the town Garden Club in the 1950's and now features wisteria in May, roses in June, and perennials throughout summer and fall.

We will also visit the 114-year old gothic medieval style church on South Street, St. Peter's Episcopal, a beautiful architectural landmark.

Morristown is known as a key site for revolutionary history buffs. George Washington made it his headquarters during 1779-1780.
