NO REFUNDS OR CANCELATIONS ONCE A GAME IS BOOKED. 24 hours notice is required to change the date of your escape game. No shows and same day requests for rescheduling are not accepted for any reason. All games start at their scheduled time with or without their players. We give a firm 15 minute grace period as a courtesy if running late. After that time, like a movie, the game begins without your arrival. You may join the game in progress with whatever time remains. Do not purchase more tickets than you need. We do not refund unused tickets. We do not refund tickets if the escape room frustrates you and you wish to leave early. Game masters provide clues and assistance as a courtesy, however, refunds or discounts are not provided upon reports of not providing enough clues or not providing clues fast enough to players. We do not refund or discount tickets due to malfunctioning tech. We do not refund tickets for any reason. We do not offer "downgrades". For example, your group has purchased an axe throwing/escape room combo and upon arrival, decide you only want to participate in one of the activities. You may do so, but no downgrade in ticket or refund will be offered.

Leaving an email or a voice message does not reschedule or change your game experience. You must speak directly with our staff in order to change your game time or date, and it must be done at least 24 hours beforehand. If you cannot reach us by phone, send an email to brightonasylumoffice@gmail.com and we respond back in a timely manner.
