Bil-Dol Farm Tour Cancellation & Rebooking Policy: Tour Season 2026

At Bil-Dol Farm, we strive to provide every guest with a safe and enjoyable farm experience. Please review our cancellation and rebooking policy before completing your reservation.

Guest Cancellations - Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour are eligible to rebook for another available date at no additional charge. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour are non-refundable and not eligible for rebooking. - Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund or rebooking.

Rebooking Option Guests who cancel within the eligible time frame may reschedule their tour to another available date during the current season. Rebooking is subject to availability.

Inclement Weather Farm tours operate outdoors and may be affected by weather conditions. • Weather-related cancellations will be determined by Bil-Dol Farm approximately 12 hours prior to the scheduled tour time. - If Bil-Dol Farm cancels a tour due to unsafe weather conditions, guests will be given the option to rebook for another available date at no additional charge.

Farm Discretion Bil-Dol Farm reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, guests will be offered rebooking to be used in the same calendar year or gift card of equivalent value to booking fee.
