Cancellation
Customers will receive full refund or credit before 1 week of rental start time. For any no-shows, the full amount will still be charged. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
nA booking that has been rescheduled can only be rebooked, not cancelled. If a rental is rebooked and the customer cannot show they have the option to rebook; again, for any no-shows, the full amount will be charged.
