Saturdays from May through mid-September. We recommend booking at least three months in advance.
ABOUT:
Children and parents gather at our outdoor, tented party area to kick off the celebration. Once everyone arrives, it’s time to eat. Enjoy a delicious lunch, sing Happy Birthday, and celebrate with homemade cupcakes from our bakery. All food is prepared on premises.
With a big YEEHAW, the fun continues over at the Barnyard Petting Zoo, where kids can ride a pony and feed the animals. Don’t forget your camera. These moments are perfect for photos of your young cowboys and cowgirls.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE BARNYARD PARTY:
- Free parking
- 30-minute setup time before the party begins
- 1 hour and 30 minutes of party time
- Outdoor party space under one tent with a maximum capacity of 40 people, including children and adults
- Portable bathroom facility
- Four 8-foot picnic tables
- Abma’s Farm t-shirt for the birthday child
- One food package per child, selected at checkout: Choice of pizza pocket, hotdog with ketchup and mustard, or mini bagels with cream cheese, butter, and jelly; napkins, plates, and candles

PONY RIDE INFO:
Pony rides take place inside the Barnyard Petting Zoo. Children must be at least 2 years old to participate in pony rides. Maximum weight limit is 80 lbs (This is non-negotiable for the health and safety of our ponies).

DECORATIONS
Your party is hosted in a relaxed farm atmosphere. Decorations are not provided, but simple decorations are welcome and not required. Easy setups mean more time to enjoy the celebration.
You may bring include balloons, tablecloths, tablescapes or centerpieces, and goodie bags. Decorations you may not bring include confetti, piñatas, or décor that requires extensive setup. We discourage balloon arches. If extensive decorations such as balloon arches are brought, you are responsible for disposal. Otherwise, a cleanup fee will apply. Popping is not allowed on premises for the health and safety of our animals.
PARTY PACKAGE PRICING:
$40 per participating child $5 per adult A non-refundable deposit of $400 (plus applicable processing fees) is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount, excluding processing fees, will be applied toward your final balance. Processing fees are charged by the booking platform and cannot be applied to the final balance.
PARTICIPANTS:
Minimum of 10 participating children Maximum of 20 participating children Parties with fewer than 10 children will be charged for 10 Maximum total capacity is 40 people, including children and adults
A participating child is defined as a child who takes part in the party activities and receives a food package. Infants who do not require a food package and do not actively participate in the activities do not need to be included in the final headcount and will not be included in the final bill.

EXTRA FOOD ORDERED THROUGH ABMA'S FARM:
We offer extra food for order! Additional items such as water, pizza pockets, cupcakes, or food and drinks for adults will increase the total cost. Extra food orders can be added about one week prior to your party when final details are confirmed.
OUTSIDE FOOD:
Outside food and beverages are permitted with a $50 service fee.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Weather is typically evaluated the morning of your party, as forecasts can change. In the case of light drizzle, pony rides may still take place, and the party can continue as planned with appropriate clothing. In the event of severe weather, we will do our best to reschedule your party.
