About
Depart scenic Auke Bay Harbor with Captain Alan, on our custom built boat Narwhal, for a private whale watching and wildlife viewing adventure. On this tour, we will likely see humpback whales, seals, sea lions, eagles, glaciers and mountains. It's a once in a lifetime experience that you'll be talking about for years to come! Tour time is 2 hours on the boat
(Price does not include transportation to and from our dock. We can help you organize a taxi to get you to the boat. Add 30 minutes transportation each way from downtown Juneau).

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, here’s how refunds are handled:
Cancellations 30 Days or More Before Departure: You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before your departure date.
Cancellations 10 to 29 Days Before Departure: You will get a 50% refund if you cancel between 10 and 29 days before departure. However, with Trip Protection, you are eligible for a 100% refund up to 48 hours before departure.
Cancellations Within 10 Days of Departure: No refunds are given if you cancel within 10 days of departure, unless you have Trip Protection. In that case, you can receive a 100% refund up to 48 hours before departure.
Please note: Tours booked within 10 days of departure are non-refundable, and no-shows will be charged the full price of the tour.
Trip Protection: With Trip Protection, you can get a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled departure, no matter when you booked. This gives you peace of mind in case unexpected issues arise. Trip Protection also covers cancellations due to changes in your cruise ship’s itinerary. If your cruise ship cancels its stop in Juneau, you’ll get a full refund, even if it’s within 48 hours of your tour.
Operator Cancellations: If we cancel the tour due to weather or other unforeseen events, you’ll receive a full refund.
