Cancellation
2023 Cancellation Policy:
nBecause our operating season is so short, touring companies, like ours, cannot afford to have empty vessels parked during the busy season because of a cancellation.
nCancellations will only be honored via email or by calling and speaking with Deziree. Any other form of communication will not be sufficient to cancel a reservation. If the your reservation is canceled more than 30 days from your departure date, a full refund will be provided.
nIf the your reservation is canceled within 30 days from your departure date, 0% of the reservation will be returned to the client. The only exception to this is if we are able to fill your spot, we are happy to offer a refund.
nWeather or Mechanical Issues
nThe only refund we offer at this point is in the event of a weather or mechanical issue that prevents the trip from occurring. At this point, if you cannot be rescheduled, then a 100% refund will be honored.
nALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BEFORE YOUR TRIP! A reminder email will be sent.
nAltering Reservations:
nYou may add additional parties to your reservation if you contact us and confirm with us that we have the space to do so. This will not be considered confirmed until you receive an email stating that your reservation has been changed. Reducing party size follows the same guidelines laid out in the “Cancelling Reservations” above. Reducing party size will result in forfeiting the portion of the deposit that would have been used for those party members.
nPlease make sure all members of your party can physically participate in our excursions safely. We can not provide a refund for individuals that do not have the ability to participate in our trips after being informed of what the trip would include.
nWhether you are placing a reservation, altering a reservation, or canceling a reservation. The only form of communication that will be used is either letters or emails. If you do not contact us via email or letter the change can not be made. If you do not receive an email confirming the change then the change has not been performed.
nLife is full of unexpected events. We recommend getting trip insurance as this protects both parties from the randomness of life.
nBy agreeing to this cancellation policy we also receive permission to post pictures of the trip and clients that participated in the trip on our website, social media sites, Google, TripAdvisor and Yelp.
