Alaskan Glamping Cancellation Policy
nWe understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while maintaining the integrity of our small business. Please review the following cancellation policy before booking your stay at Alaskan Glamping.

Standard Reservations
n(Includes all nightly glamping stays at Eklutna Lake Bookings)

Full Refund: Cancel up to 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund, minus processing fees (typically 3% of the transaction).

Partial Refund: Cancel between 7–13 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund of the total booking.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Full-Site or Group Bookings
n(Any reservation booking the entire site or multiple units for a group event)

Full Refund: Cancel up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund (less processing fees).

Partial Refund: Cancel between 15–29 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy
nYou may reschedule your stay once without penalty if the request is made at least 14 days in advance of your original check-in date.

Rescheduling within 7–13 days of arrival is subject to a $10 change fee and must be rebooked within the same calendar year.

No reschedules within 6 days of check-in.

Weather & Natural Conditions
nAlaskan Glamping operates rain or shine. Refunds are not issued for poor weather, trail closures, smoke, or other natural elements unless a State of Emergency or official park closure prevents access to the site.

No Shows / Early Departures
nNo refunds are issued for no-shows or early departures for any reason.
