Unless other arrangements are made, full payment is due at the time of reservation.

We appreciate your early reservation to ensure a trip of a lifetime and understand there are circumstances that require you to reschedule or cancel your trip. Should that happen please give us a call and we will work with you the best we can.

nIf we, as a company, make the decision to cancel your flight because of weather, your payment is 100% refundable. Sheldon Air Service will always offer a 100% refund for your adventure if it is cancelled on Sheldon’s behalf; due to weather, aircraft availability, or any other reason beyond the customer's control.
