My company specializes in salmon fishing, where we offer a variety of different trips. What we will target depends on what part of the fishing season you arrive in Ketchikan. I will typically target King Salmon, Coho Salmon, and Pink salmon, but we will occasionally catch the powerful Chum salmon and elusive Sockeye Salmon! - Charter price includes up to 4 guests. Bring up to 2 additional guests (6 total) for $275 per person.

We do also offer a 2 person special now! $900

Important Note

All salmon fishing BEFORE June 15th is catch and release only. King Salmon cannot be retained before June 15th and they are the only salmon present to target.

All prices are for the cost of the fishing excursion. There may also be transportation costs as well as the cost of an Alaskan fishing license. We highly recommend purchasing your license before your trip from the Alaska Game and Fish website! For fish processing, there are a couple great options. We can take it to a local processor where it will be approximately $4.00 per pound of filleted fish plus shipping. They will box and freeze you fish then hold it until the day you choose to have it shipped overnight to your home.

The boats are moored at Knudson Cove Marina north of town. You will need to get a cab and ask for a ride to Knudson Cove Marina. You can talk to your driver on the ride out and they will help schedule picking you back up after your trip to get you back to your ship. (This is our recommended company) Yellow taxi: (907)225-5555 Uber and Lyft are available in Ketchikan but have been unreliable in the past.

All fish will be processed and shipped through Clover Pass Marina or Cedars Lodge.

Please note before June 15th all King salmon fishing is catch and release only (the only species of salmon around that time of year are King salmon). You are still required to have a king salmon stamp to target the species. If you have any questions about what may be around during your trip check the chart on the frequently asked questions page of our website or feel free to give us a call! You will need a 1 day sport fishing license. Be sure to check-in with us to know if kings are open to rentention later in the summer. If kings are closed in July, August, September we will be targeting other species of salmon and no king stamp is required.

All fishing licenses and king stamps must be purchased through Alaska fish and game. You can purchase them ahead of time and post date the start day and time to be the start of your fishing trip. All nonresident youth (under the age of 16) are not required to purchase a fishing licence. Be prepared for many different types of weather; rain, sun and everything in-between. We have some lighter rain gear available on the boat, but if you have any I would recommend bringing it with you.

We keep water and sodas on the boat for you, but if you want any alcoholic drinks you may stop at the marina to purchase them or have your cab driver stop at a store on your way to the marina.

Reminder all children under the age of 12 are required by coast guard to wear a life jacket on the boat. If you jave any children under 12 in your party let us know ahead of time and we can have a life jacket ready for them.
