Cancellation
Cancelations are available for refund depending on the timing of the cancelation. Any 4-6 hour trip canceled two months (60 days) or more before the date of the excursion will be eligible for a full refund of deposit. Any trip canceled 30 days or less will not receive a refund of deposit. Between 30 and 60 days of the trip a refund will at most be a partial refund (maxium 50% of what had been paid). Any no call no show day of the trip will be charged in full. Be sure to keep in contact if anything comes up during your vacation or if you will not be able to make it for your trip.
