Cancellation
A refund of any payments less a 25% (of entire booking) cancellation fee will be made on reservations cancelled in writing more than 240 days from arrival date. Cancellations made between 239 and 121 days prior to the date of arrival a 50% (of entire booking) cancellation fee applies and cancellations 120 or less will result in the forfeiture of the full payment ( unless at our sole discretion the amount is applied to a future trip-and there will be a 10% admin fee applied and future years prices may incurred). We reserve the right to alter which day your individual charters commence as existing weather conditions may require; and we are not responsible for emergency regulatory changes which the Dept. of Fish & Game may impose on specific fisheries, we will substitute what is fished for if this occurs.

nIf fuel costs go up more than 10% from the date of booking to arrival date, there may be a fuel surcharge on salt and fly-in charters
