About

For this snowshoeing event, we will soak in the scenery in Hatcher Pass.

We’ll be snowshoeing at a leisurely pace for 1.5-3 miles (conditions pending). We will mostly follow the road to Independence Mine but might also get off the road into deeper snow. The difficulty of our snowshoeing events can vary greatly based on conditions. We will stick together as a group during the adventure.

At the trailhead, we will review snowshoeing basics. Then we’ll head out on the snow. If you're a more experienced snowshoer, consider joining and partnering with a new snowshoer at the event.

After the event, we’ll enjoy hot drinks at the trailhead.
