🚲 Difficulty: moderate to strenuous for most people 🚲 Mileage: Approximately 4 miles 🚲 Elevation Gain: About 400 feet 🚲 Estimated Biking Time: About 2-3 hours
What to expect: We will ride at a leisurely pace and stick together as a group. Bikers can plan to stop for water and snack breaks as well as photo and educational opportunities throughout the adventure. We’ll climb and descend narrow dirt singletrack trails through boreal forest and open meadows at the base of the Talkeetna mountains. A mountain, gravel, or fat-tire bike with good traction is required.
About the trail:
The GPRA trails are generally rolling hills through forested terrain.
