About

Sip, Savor & Scoop: A Taste of Palmer

Get a behind-the-scenes look at some of Palmer’s most creative and community-minded small businesses. This flavorful adventure begins at 203 Kombucha, where you’ll meet the team behind this locally brewed, probiotic-packed drink and sample seasonal flavors straight from the source.

Next, we’ll head to Bleeding Heart Brewery, one of Alaska’s most innovative breweries, for a guided tasting and a peek into their brewing practices.

We’ll wrap up the day at Big Dipper Ice Cream, where you won’t just eat dessert—you’ll make it! Learn the process from local pros and craft a small batch of ice cream to enjoy.

Whether you're a foodie, a craft beverage enthusiast, or just curious about what makes Palmer special, this tour is a fun and flavorful way to connect with the people and products that define our town.
