About
In addition to fishing, we offer fully guided Alaska Bear + Wildlife viewing via boat, during the Summer months!
Duration
6 Hours
About
Our trips depart from Ninilchik, on one of our six pack boats. Once aboard the M/V Sea Stallion, you’ll embark across Cook Inlet to Lake Clark National Park.
Then the adventure begins…
Once we enter Lake Clark National Park, we will bring all guests to shore and begin our adventure. Beyond the marsh, Alaskan brown bears gather to feed, giving us the perfect opportunity to scout from a safe distance. As a rule, we generally expect to see anywhere from 10-20 Alaskan brown bears. Big males (Boars) and Females (Sows) with cubs, you’ll truly have the chance to experience Alaska's bear viewing at its best. Now that you’re hooked for a thrilling adventure, let’s get you ready!
You’ll want to bring the following:
Rain gear, packed lunch/snacks, water/beverages, and don’t forget your camera!
Hip waders will be provided if you do not have your own.

CREW TIP
What to Tip? Well, if you ask the crew, they’ll say “tip till it hurts”. Lol……just kidding. The Charter Fishing is just like the regular service industry, of 15% to 20%. This crew works really hard at baiting your hooks, netting your fish, asking if you want pictures before they clean your fish and taking care of you. An appropriate tip is, each fisherman to tip $20 to $25+ per crewmember.

Sea Sickness
Because we cannot control the weather, we recommend passengers of all sea experience to take a sea sickness remedy if they are prone to being sea sick or prone to motion sickness. Unless your party has booked the boat as a private charter, we cannot turn the boat around for those who become sea sick due to other passengers paying to fish. We fully recommend you treat prior to your trip to avoid being uncomfortable.
