Trail Lake to Grant Lake Express: Experience the beauty of Moose Pass, Alaska!
Get off the beaten path and kayak on Upper Trail Lake, taking in the rugged views of the Chugach Mountains. This one mile paddle will take you to the trailhead where you'll trade in your kayak for your hiking shoes.
Hike just over one mile on a primite trail before reaching your destination - stunning Grant Lake. Enjoy a snack and fill your water bottle with cold, filtered glacial water while you take in the pristine, emerald waters of this remote lake that is only accessible by foot or by floatplane.
Once you've soaked in the views, you'll return via the same trail before kayaking from the trailhead back to our starting point.
