Yurt Rental Cancellation Policy
nMore than 30 days prior to your reservation you may transfer your reservation to another date at compatible rate on available dates, to another party, or be fully refunded.
Within 30 days of your reservation it is no longer eligible for refund or transfer to another date, however, the reservation is still transferable to another party.
nDue to the fact that these types of accommodations in Alaska are in high demand, we really hate to see them go unused. Please contact us if you are not going to make your reservation for ANY reason! Another resource that you may have luck transferring your reservation is the 'Alaska Cabin Cancellations' group on Facebook. Please consider this if you are not going to be able to make it to your reservation.
nWe are unable to issue refunds due to rain. Please remember that our trips run rain or shine. The amount of rain during our kayak season in Alaska varies greatly. However, even during the rain, we've had guests tell us they couldn't imagine a more magical place to be! Please come prepared with your rain jacket, rain pants, and your sense of adventure.
