After your fishing charter, bring your fresh catch straight to our kitchen and we’ll prepare it for you the same day. This offering is available exclusively for fish caught on one of our charters that day—whether it’s halibut, rockfish, salmon, or a mix of what’s biting.
Our kitchen will prepare your fish with a simple, fresh approach—often featuring a light pan sauce (think lemon, butter, and seasonal touches), paired with rotating seasonal vegetables and a starch. Preparation styles may vary slightly depending on the chef and the catch, but the focus is always on highlighting the quality of your fish.
