We are anticpating Tuesdays will be closed for Retaining Halibut for the 2026 fishing season. Halibut fishing - Typically Halibut do not enter the local Juneau waters until June. However, we have had sucess in May. 4 hour Halibut trips prior to June 15th can have mixed results.
Prior to June 15th. For increased sucess we recommend the 6 and 8 hour trips options. Please call if you have any questions.
Halibut Limit is 1 Halibut per licensed person. Current retention size is up to 38 inches. Currently Tuesdays are closed to retaining Halibut.
All anglers 18 years and older wanting to retain a Halibut will need to purchase a Halibut Stamp. This can only be done upon booking your trip.
