Cancellation
Full payment is due at time of online booking. Cancellations due to weather are rare, but are at the sole discretion of Ketchikan Kayak Co. If you miss your tour due to ship schedule changes (e.g. if your ship is late or skips this port) or we cancel due to weather, you will immediately receive a full refund. Also if you cannot take your cruise or are not physically able to be here in Ketchikan for the tour we will issue you a full refund.
nCancellations made prior to 7 days of tour date receive a full refund.
nCancellations made within 7 days of tour are not eligible for a refund unless we are able to resell the seats.
