- By popular demand, we have set up a specialty tour for those who come to Kodiak by cruise ship that launches directly from St. Paul harbor. On this tour we explore the islands just outside of town, take in the beautiful perspectives of Kodiak by water, observe sea lions and bald eagles from the seat of our touring sea kayaks and learn about the surrounding marine life!
- We provide all equipment- expedition style, touring sea kayaks, paddles, life vests, spray skirts, dry bags and paddle gloves if needed. Kodiak buses transport you from the ship to the visitor center once you arrive in port, and our launch is just a short walk from this welcome center, so no rental car is needed.
- This is the perfect tour to comfortably experience the wild natural beauty of Kodiak and still have time to walk around the port area and grab some local seafood before returning on your voyage.
