The remainder of the hike is easy, down to the level glacial moraine opening to a Grewingk Glacier Lake with ice bergs at the foot of Grewgink glacier, surrounded by tall, mountain peaks.
Kayaking on Grewingk Glacier Lake
After receiving shoreside instructions we begin kayaking, on occasion Arctic Turns can be viewed as we navigate around ice bergs paddleing towards the impressive blue face of Grewingk Glacier. Stopping for lunch on the cobblestone beach and a walkup for a grand view!
