Indigenous Expeditions is a marine-based cultural tour exploring the history and traditions of the Tlingit people of Petersburg, traditionally known as Séet Ká Kwáan. Guests join a cultural knowledge-bearer and captain for a meaningful journey through the waters, stories, and places that have shaped the region for generations.
Along the way, guests may visit or learn about historically significant areas such as traditional fish traps, hunting grounds, village sites, and traditional artwork. This tour offers a thoughtful introduction to the rich history of the Tlingit people while exploring the beautiful waters they call home.
