About
Learn how gold was mined by the old-timers and is mined yet today! Each guest shovels up a 2-gallon bucket of raw gold ore. Then operating sluices, guests utilize the power of flowing water to separate gravel and rock from gold concentrates. And the final step: panning the gold concentrates cleaned out from the sluice. Panning gold, the process of separating the fine silts and grit from gold, takes technique; we will teach you! Keep your gold!
