Changes to your rental

If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please call us at (907) 444-9008. You can also email us at contactus@gohikealaska.com. There is no fee for changing the date or time.

Cancellations

n

Cancellations made 2 weeks in advance will receive a full refund. For cancellations 2 weeks - 48 hrs, the customer will receive 75% back. No refunds within 48 hrs.

Late returns

n

All rentals must be returned the same day, any time. The address is in your confirmation email. Any rentals returned the next day will be charged an additional $25/item, per day.

Damages

n

Normal wear and tear happens! But anything beyond normal is subject to a fee for the cost of repairs. For anything damaged beyond repair, the customer will be charged for the cost of replacement.

Liability Waivers

n

The customer must sign a rental agreement and a release of liability a the time of pickup.
