Fairbanks City Raft Float Tour
Float Through the Heart of Interior Alaska — Scenic Raft Tours on the Chena River in Fairbanks.
About
Escape the crowds and experience Fairbanks from a whole new perspective on this relaxing 4-hour guided raft float through the heart of the city. As you gently drift along the Chena River, your local guide will share stories of Fairbanks' history, culture, wildlife, and daily life in Alaska's Interior.
This leisurely river adventure is perfect for families, couples, solo travelers, and anyone looking to slow down and enjoy Alaska's scenery. Watch for waterfowl, beavers, moose, and other wildlife while taking in views of Fairbanks from the water—many of which can only be seen from the river itself.
For guests looking to enhance the experience, there is an optional midway stop at the iconic Boatel Bar where you can purchase a cold drink and soak up the local atmosphere before continuing downstream.
At the conclusion of the float, complimentary transportation is provided back to your hotel or pickup location. Guests may also choose to opt out of the return shuttle and instead finish their experience with dinner at the historic The Pump House Restaurant, conveniently located near the end of the tour route.
Life jackets are provided for all participants, and complimentary bottled water and snacks are included throughout the journey.
