What to bring

Essential: • Warm layers for everyone (hat, gloves, insulated jacket, winter pants, warm boots) • Extra hand/toe warmers (available locally) • Car seat if traveling with young children (we don't provide these)

If Bringing Your Own Camera: • Sturdy tripod (not a cheap plastic one—wind will shake it) • Extra batteries (cold drains them fast) • Headlamp with red light mode (preserves night vision)

Winter Clothing Note: Alaska cold is different. If visiting Nov-March, we recommend renting proper winter gear locally—especially for kids. Google "Fairbanks winter gear rental" for options. Don't have a camera? Rent one from us ($80, includes tripod + instruction). With 5-7 pro photos included on private tours, you're already covered—but it's fun to shoot your own too!

Cancellation

✓ FREE rescheduling up to 12 months—plans change, we get it. ✓ Full refund if we cancel due to weather. ✓ 30-day cancellation policy (industry standard). Your private tour is guaranteed to run—we never cancel because we "didn't fill up."
