All guests docked in downtown Ketchikan. Your tour guide will meet your group at your cruise ship 10 minutes before your arranged start time, holding a sign that reads Emerald Forest Tours.
Ships Docked at Ward Cove
Your tour guide will meet your group at your cruise ship terminal. All guests docked at Ward Cove will enter a large red brick building, when exiting your cruise ship. Once inside, you will see a large sign hanging down that reads Tour Departures. Your tour guide will be waiting there 10 minutes prior to your arranged tour time holding a sign that reads Emerald Forest Tours.
Drop-off for either location is back to your ship or anywhere in town if you plan to walk around and see the sights before boarding your cruise ship! Rest assured, you will be back to your ship on time; our reputation depends on it!
Just in Case
We average 145 inches of rain a year and summer temperatures of 55 - 65. Our summers can be inconsistent, it can be hot and dry one and rainy and chilly another. Pack clothing depending on your sensitivity to possible rain and chilly weather. We also suggest wearing shoes that you do not mind possibly getting wet and muddy.
Cancellation
Our cancellation policy is flexible and understanding. We kindly ask you give us 2 weeks notice prior to your scheduled reservation, so we have adequate time to fill the spot. We also understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and if you need to cancel even within 24 hours of your tour, we will happily provide a full refund.
