Enjoy a truly Alaskan experience on our beautiful 160 acre Homestead- The Dogstead! Meet our champion Alaskan Huskies and their musher - Nicolas Petit! Head out on a 1-3 mile mushing tour with views of the Chugach and Alaska Mountain Ranges. Note. Please expect a short walk on this tour.
Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. To receive a refund, please notify us via phone or email us of your cancellation based on the timelines below.
nFull Refund (7+ Days' Notice)
nCancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled tour departure date are eligible for a full 100% refund.
Partial Refund (7 Days to 72 Hours)
nCancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours before the scheduled tour departure will receive a 50% refund.
Non-Refundable (Within 72 Hours)
nCancellations made within 72 hours of the tour departure time are non-refundable.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
nContact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation for medical illness/family emergency.
nUnfortunately, we cannot honor a refund for guests who do not show up at their scheduled time without calling.
