Cancellation
If your flight gets canceled due to weather or safety concerns and you are unable to reschedule it, your payment is fully refunded. Weather cancellations are determined an hour prior to the flight time.
nIf YOU cancel your reservations more than 72 hours prior to your pick up or check-in time, there is a $25.00 per cancellation credit card fee. Cancellations made within the 72-hour period are non-refundable.
nIn the unforeseen event that we are not able to land on the glacier during the tour, guests will be refunded $50 per person back to the credit card in which they made the reservation. Your safety is our primary concern!
