RESERVATION and CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TRANSPORTS
nCRAZY RAYS ADVENTURES, LLC requires a 50% deposit in order to hold your reservation. If you book 2 or more consecutive days, payment will be due in full 90 days prior to your trip departure. If your trip departure is less than 90 days away, payment is due in full at the time of booking. We will not hold seats for unpaid deposits. For a full refund less a 3% processing fee, we require notice 180 days prior to your trip departure (this allows our company time to fill the canceled seats) If a 180 day notice is not given, there are no refunds. If you need to rebook the trip(s), a 180 day notice is also required.

n

If there is inclement weather on either day of your trip, we may have to cancel or postpone a departure. If this happens we will not refund for the canceled day. Buy trip insurance if you would like to be credited back for lost time. If you arrive on the day of your scheduled fishing/hunting departure and decide not to board the boat, there are NO REFUNDS. Alaska weather can be volatile even in the spring so we strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for your investment should something like this occur.
nOur season is very short. To protect our limited season of opportunity to earn a living, we must follow a strict cancellation policy. We cannot predict Mother Nature’s plans therefore our policies do not offer free cancellation for extraordinary circumstances such as (wildfires, floods, storms of any kind, acts of God, pandemics, viruses, acts of war, terrorism, riots, or cancelled airline flights) or anything outside the ordinary course of daily life. Again, we strongly encourage ALL guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their financial investment for their Alaskan adventure. There are many plans to choose from, one we recommend is Travel Guard www.travelguard.com

We will not be held responsible for any other expenses incurred by you associated with your trip. We strive to be very fair in these RARE CIRCUMSTANCES.
