RESERVATION POLICY
nCRAZY RAYS ADVENTURES, LLC requires a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to hold your reservation. Payment is due in full 90 days prior to your trip departure. If your trip departure is less than 90 days away, payment is due in full at the time of booking. Once a payment has been secured, you are accepting CRAZY RAYS ADVENTURES, LLC terms & conditions, reservations, and cancellation policy. Please feel free to call anytime if you have any questions. For bookings taken more than a year out there will be a Non-refundable $500.00 deposit taken at the time of booking, then the remainder of the 50% deposit balance will be collected in January of the year of the trip. Failure to pay the remaining balance of the deposit by January 15 will be a forfeiture of the trip. There are no refunds for any reason.

nOur Waterfowl season is very short. To protect our limited season of opportunity to earn a living, we must follow a strict cancellation policy. We cannot predict Mother Nature’s plans therefore our policies do not offer free cancellation for extraordinary circumstances such as (wildfires, floods, storms of any kind, acts of God, pandemics, viruses, acts of war, terrorism, riots, unexpected flight cancellations) or anything outside the ordinary course of daily life.

We reserve the right to cancel a trip for any reason. Situations sometimes arise, such as inclement weather (Small Craft Advisory, GALE Warning, or Storm Warning) mechanical issues with the boat. We strongly encourage ALL guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their financial investment for their Alaskan adventure. There are many plans to choose from, one we recommend is Travel Guard www.travelguard.com. We will not be held responsible for any other expenses incurred by you associated with your trip.
