Package booking times

When booking a Coastal Helicopter Tour Package, guests with a more than a 30-minute break between each tour will be driven back to our guest pick-up location at the Goldbelt Tram, then transported back to Coastal Helicopters for their next tour. Guests with less than a 30-minute break between each tour will return from their first tour, and then proceed with an additional check-in at our helicopter base for their next tour.

Depending on the availability of our Dog Sled Tour and party size, Coastal Helicopters may not be able to offer timeslots for the Coastal Helicopter Tour Package. For any questions in regards to booking the Coastal Helicopter Tour Package, please call our Call Center at (907) 789-5610.

This helicopter flightseeing tour with glacier landing will fly you over the Juneau Icefield where you will see spectacular rock formations and icefalls. Your experienced pilot will be your glacier guide while viewing awe-inspiring moulins, crevasses, icefalls, ponds, and streams on the Herbert Glacier. Your helicopter flight will be narrated by our knowledgeable pilot-guide and upon reaching your destination your pilot-guide will shut down the helicopter and escort you on an informative, relaxing walk while describing the area that surrounds you.
