These waters are loaded with fish; sometimes the schools are so thick you can't see the bottom. Species include lingcod, halibut, yelloweye, black rockfish, Pacific cod (no limit), and possibly salmon.
This is our most hardcore daily fishing trip—tons of action.
Highlights
This is usually an action-packed fishing trip primarily drifting lures above the bottom over rocky reefs and structure, you never know what your going to hook because everything is hanging out in the same places. Your allowed two full limits of all species of fish.
What's included
We provide the New Halibut Stamps, fishing Gear, bait, tackle, safety equipment and fish cleaning. We also fish for halibut on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, we provide one GAF, Guided Angler Fish we purchase from the commercial fishery on those days for each angler. Your halibut can be any size and as you can possibly buy more permits onboard as long as we have them. All meals and bunks with bedding are provided.
What to bring
Valid Alaska Fishing License and a King Salmon stamp if needed but the boat has WiFi so you can purchase online if we have salmon action. Warm layered Clothes, boots & rain gear, Sunglasses, Sunscreen, Camera + any personal items you may need, toiletries and meds.
