Cancellation
Normal Reservations (Premium VR Arcade Stations, VR Racing Sims, VR Flight & Mech Sims, VR Escape Adventures & Other Group Experiences, Family Fun Night, Free-Roam Arena): You will receive a full refund on your booking/ booking deposit if cancelled at least 24 hours before your reservation time. No refund will be given for cancellations within 24 hours of reservation time. You may reschedule your booking at any time up to 24 hours before your reservation for no charge. If you wish to reschedule within 24 hours of your reserved time, you will be charged a $10 rescheduling fee. Contact us by phone to change/cancel or inquire about a reservation. No-shows will not be given a refund on their booking and will be charged for any remaining balance due.
